Position Details: The starting pay for this position is $23.00/hr; however, base pay may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Selected candidates may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, paid sick and vacation time, and tire discounts.
Role Overview: The Roadside Technician is an emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets. When a customer experiences a tire failure, the technician is dispatched to repair or replace the tire at the customer's location, often roadside. When not responding to service calls, technicians assist with mounting orders, cleaning, and organizing the shop.

Training and Skills Development: You will learn to service commercial tires, including dismounting, mounting, repairing, match mounting, and inflating tires to load-specific PSI, all while adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
Shift Information: Mandatory on-call rotation with after-hours service calls paid at double-time, with a minimum of 2 hours per call. Acceptance rate of 95% required during on-call periods, including nights and weekends.
