The starting pay for this position is $18.00/hr; however, it may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. The role involves responding to tire-related failures for semi-truck fleets, dispatching to customer locations to repair or change tires. Technicians are expected to be roadside during their duties. When not responding to service calls, technicians assist with mounting orders, cleaning, and organizing the shop.

Shift details include a mandatory on-call rotation with after-hours service calls at a 95% acceptance rate, paid double-time with a minimum of 2 hours per call.

Basic requirements:
