Starting pay for the market: $18 Hourly

The Roadside Technician role involves responding to tire-related emergencies for semi-truck fleets. Technicians are dispatched to customer locations to repair or replace tires, often working roadside. When not on service calls, tasks include mounting orders, cleaning, and organizing the shop.

No experience required: Training will be provided for necessary skills.

Shift details: Mandatory on-call rotation with after-hours service calls at a 95% acceptance rate. Calls are paid double-time with a minimum of 2 hours. For example, completing a 45-minute call earns an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes of double pay.

Basic requirements:

• Valid driver's license and compliance with CDL qualifications
