The Roadside Technician role involves responding to tire-related emergencies for semi-truck fleets. Technicians are dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires, often roadside. When not responding to service calls, duties include mounting orders, cleaning, and organizing the shop.

Shift Information: Mandatory on-call rotation. During on-call periods, technicians respond to after-hours service calls with a 95% acceptance rate. Calls during after-hours are paid at double-time, with a minimum of 2 hours per call. For example, accepting, arriving, and completing a 45-minute call earns an additional 1 hour 15 minutes of double-time pay.

• Experience in Commercial Tire service preferred

Skills You Will Learn:

• Servicing commercial tires: dismounting, mounting, repairing
• Match mounting, dual assembly, radial runout
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI
• Following OSHA safety regulations and using proper PPE
