Starting pay for the market: $21 per hour

Job Description

The Roadside Technician role involves responding to tire-related emergencies for semi-truck fleets. Technicians are dispatched to customer locations to repair or replace tires, often roadside. When not on service calls, duties include mounting orders, shop cleaning, and general tasks.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided
• Valid driver’s license and meeting commercial driver qualification requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous commercial tire experience

Shift Details

Mandatory on-call rotation, including weekends and nights. After-hours calls are paid double-time with a minimum of 2 hours, e.g., accepting, arriving, and completing a 45-minute call earns 1 hour 15 minutes of double pay.
