Starting Pay Range: $24 Hourly

The Roadside Technician role involves responding to emergencies for semi-truck fleets. Technicians are dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires, often roadside. When not on service calls, technicians assist with mounting orders, shop cleaning, and general duties.

No experience is required; training will be provided.

Shift Information: Mandatory on-call rotation, including weekends and nights, with a 95% acceptance rate for after-hours calls. Calls paid at double-time, with a minimum of 2 hours pay per call.

Basic Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license meeting commercial qualifications
  • At least 21 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous commercial tire service experience

Skills Learned:

  • Servicing commercial tires, including dismounting, mounting, and repairing
  • Match mounting, dual assemblies, radial runout
  • Inflating tires to prescribed PSI
  • Following OSHA safety regulations and using PPE
