The starting pay for this position is $16.50/hr; however, pay may vary depending on experience, skills, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, and tire discounts.

This role involves being an emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets. Technicians are dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires, primarily roadside. When not on service calls, duties include mounting orders, cleaning, and organizing the shop.

Experience is not required; training will be provided. The position involves a mandatory on-call rotation, with after-hours calls paid at double-time. Accepting calls during on-call periods and completing them qualifies for additional pay.
