Job summary

Goodyear Commercial Tire Centers in Michigan seeks a Roadside Technician to respond to tire-related failures for semi-truck fleets. You will be dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires, with on-call shifts and after-hours duty paid at a premium.

No prior experience required; training provided. The role includes shop duties when idle, long hours at times, and opportunity to advance within a nationwide service network with full benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Basic requirements: Valid driver's license, US work eligibility, age 21+ and no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED; prior commercial service tire experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Servicing commercial tires: dismounting, mounting, and repairing tires.
• Perform match mounting and dual assemblies, check radial runout as needed.
• Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Follow OSHA safety policies and wear PPE and tire cages; participate in general shop duties when no service calls.
