Job summary

Lumin8 Transportation Technologies seeks an Electrician to install, repair, and maintain roadside electronic equipment including signal systems, sensors and CCTV. The role requires climbing to heights and following safety standards while working on power supplies and communications gear.

Please note this is a full-time position located in Virginia Beach, VA. A valid electrician license and driving ability are essential; a Master license and ITS training are a plus.

Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician license required.
2 years of experience or equivalent education/training.
Experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems a plus.

Responsibilities

Adheres to safety policies and procedures.
Install, repair, and maintain roadside electrical and communications equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical components and wiring diagrams.
Test systems and document site information.
Climb to heights up to 60 feet with safety equipment.
