Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. in Billings, MT is hiring a Roadside Commercial Tire Technician to perform repair, inspection and maintenance of tires for commercial customers in an outdoor environment.

You’ll respond to roadside service calls, mount and dismount tires, and inspect vehicles, while working in all weather. We offer competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license and are willing to work nights, overtime, and non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, and non-standard hours.
• Preferred experience with commercial vehicles and general mechanical skills.
• Ability to safely change and repair tires on the road in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 150 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to roadside service calls to change and replace tires on commercial vehicles.
• Perform tire mounting, dismounting, and replacements on the road.
• Conduct thorough inspections of tires and vehicles to identify additional issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and tools.
• Work independently in all weather conditions to provide reliable roadside tire service.
• Complete additional tasks to support team operations.
