Job summary

Pomp’s Tire Service, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Tire Technician in Butte, MT to repair, inspect, and maintain tires for commercial customers. This role focuses on safely mounting, balancing, and rotating tires while ensuring vehicle safety and performance.

The ideal candidate will perform tire servicing with attention to detail, communicate clearly with customers, and follow procedures to support a fast-paced service team. On-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to read and verify work order information.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and replace tires on commercial vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Assess and troubleshoot customer tire needs to provide effective solutions.
• Inspect tires and vehicles for any additional issues or maintenance needs.
• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure proper care of tools and equipment.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support team operations.
