Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in New Jersey seeks full-time Roadside Assistance Drivers to join our team. You will assist members with tire changes, jump starts, fuel delivery, and lock-out services, using service vehicles and on-board tech.

Training is provided and overtime/monthly bonuses are available. Requirements include 21+ years old, HS diploma, valid license, and the ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• Ability to pass a DOT-required physical examination.
• 3 years in automotive/mechanical environment or 3 years in sales or customer service preferred.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and operate service equipment and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts and tire changes.
• Sell and install car batteries and provide tow and recovery services where required.
• Communicate effectively with members and keep them informed and safe.
• Enter call information, process payments, and complete reports in-truck technology.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment for safe operating condition.
