Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform labor tasks in construction, improvement and maintenance of county roads.
• Operate road department equipment including dump trucks, loaders and graders.
• Procure and maintain parts inventory; assist with two-way radio communications.
• Maintain the shop building and tools; monitor signing and install highway signs.
• Handle machinery valued up to $450,000 and sign materials/inventory valued at $100,000.
