Are you ready to lead and drive meaningful change? As a Roadmaster at CPKC, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency accross the thriving and diverse territory spanning from Shreveport, LA to Potter, AR. In this role, you will supervise a dedicated team of union employees, oversee all track operations and maintenance-of-way activities, and ensure strict adherence to Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulations. Becoming a qualified conductor or locomotive engineer is the single best way for a management employee to learn the business at CPKC. You may be required to obtain a certification or to maintain your current certification/qualification as a conductor or locomotive engineer.
