Title: Road Supervisor

The Road Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safe and effective delivery of transit services to our customers through supervision of Bus Operators. The position performs both field and office assignments at the discretion of the Project Manager. Work assignments include road, electronic communications dispatch supervision and operations control center.

While carrying out job responsibilities, the employee is regularly expected to stand, walk, use hands for handling or manipulation, reach with arms, and communicate effectively. The role frequently involves prolonged periods of standing or sitting outdoors while managing crowd control or responding to environmental spills. Occasional activities may include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The employee may also be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
Vision requirements for this role include the ability to see clearly at close and long distances, peripheral vision, depth perception, night vision, and the ability to adjust focus as needed.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the environment is moderate.
