Job summary

SCR Medical Transportation LLC seeks a Road Supervisor to oversee daily transportation operations, ensure driver adherence to safety policies, and provide on‑road support for reliable service. You will work with drivers, dispatchers, and managers to address issues, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in transportation, fleet operations, driver supervision, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of transportation safety procedures and applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between locations and work outdoors as operational needs require.

Responsibilities

• Conduct road observations, driver evaluations, and safety inspections as needed.
• Respond to road calls, vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and other transportation-related emergencies.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and customer complaints, documenting findings and communicating them to management.
• Verify driver readiness, route coverage, and adherence to established procedures.
• Identify operational concerns and recommend improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of road observations, inspections, incidents, and other required documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
