McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a Road Service Tire Technician to join our high‑performance team in Norfolk, VA. You will perform tire mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotating, and on‑site roadside service to keep customers safe and moving.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and hands‑on experience with commercial and heavy‑duty tires. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment with strong safety and training emphasis.

Road Service Tire Technician - Join Our High-Performance Team!

Position Summary

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Road Service Tire Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform essential tire services both in-shop and on the road, helping keep our customers safe and on the move.

If you have experience with commercial and heavy-duty tires, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires.
• Provide on-site and roadside tire service to customers with professionalism and urgency.
• Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and company policies.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in required training.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Inspect equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed-flexibility and initiative are key!

What You Bring
