Job summary

Best Line Equipment in Bensalem, PA is seeking an experienced forklift and industrial equipment mechanic to join our service team. You will troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain a variety of forklift and industrial equipment, with on-call responsibilities possible.

We offer ongoing training through mentorship and OEM programs, a full-time schedule of 40–50 hours per week with one Saturday per month, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), disability

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Electrical and mechanical abilities are essential.
• Relevant welding, fabrication, DC electrical, hydraulic, or combustion experience is a plus.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced forklift and industrial equipment mechanic to join the growing team at our Bensalem (Material Handling), PA location. If you are looking for a unique experience working for an industry leading dealership and rental organization, we want to speak with you!

Our road service mechanics play a vital role in the dealer/customer relationship, ranging from equipment prep/set-up to advanced diagnostic and repair.

Ongoing training is provided for all technicians through our mentorship program as well as OEM online and factory training.

Job Overview

• Troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain a variety of forklift and industrial equipment.
• Some on-call responsibilities may apply.
• Full-time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week and 1 Saturday a month.
• Online and factory training.

Requirements

• Must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and strong electrical and mechanical abilities.
• Beneficial experience would include welding/fabrication, DC electrical, hydraulic, combustion, and associated skill sets.
• Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.
• A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.

Estimated annual compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 (dependent on experience)
