Reading Truck Group seeks a Road Service Technician to perform road service on auxiliary hydraulic equipment. You will complete repairs, maintenance, welding and fabrication on returned customer equipment, diagnose problems, and develop standard repair procedures for warranty issues, with other duties as assigned.

Requirements include experience with mechanical and hydraulic repair, strong customer service skills, welding and 12V electrical experience preferred, a valid license with clean

Qualifications

• Prior experience with mechanical and hydraulic repair.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Welding and 12-volt electrical experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work non-traditional schedules as workload requires.
• Must have his/her own tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete repair, maintenance, welding and fabrication on returned customer equipment at shop as needed
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems
• Develop standardized repair procedures to be applied to duplicate warranty issues
• Other duties as assigned
