MUST HAVE the ability to work a rotating, on-call schedule to include nights and weekend shifts.

We are currently seeking a team member who believes they can be an “Advanced” Commercial Tire Changer/Road Technician.

As a Commercial Tire Technician, you will work offsite in a mobile truck to service Advanced Tire customers with tire and wheel needs. These include replacing, inspecting, and repairing tires to ensure they are road ready and DOT compliant. When not on service calls, you will assist with commercial department tasks at our shop.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

• Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and inventory of service truck and personal tools.
• Mount and dismount various commercial tires using appropriate tools.
• Perform tire services at customer sites, including highways, city locations, fleets, and our shop.
• Perform tire repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with Dispatch/Commercial Manager on job status and completion.
• Complete hand tickets legibly, including work details, products used, and customer signatures.
• Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and maintain a safety-conscious mindset.
• Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and proper uniform.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety standards per TIA and company policies.

This position is based at a commercial tire service center, primarily working in a service truck exposed to outdoor conditions. When not on calls, you will be at the shop, which involves exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and moderate noise levels.

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
