Job summary

Andersen Material Handling is seeking a Road Service Technician to diagnose and repair electric, diesel and gasoline industrial lift trucks and related equipment. This first-shift role involves field service with a company vehicle and requires strong customer-focused workmanship.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of mechanical experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to maintain detailed repair records while presenting a professional dealership image.

Qualifications

• Must be able to analyze and diagnose equipment problems to make appropriate equipment repairs.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Individual will be required to maintain records of repairs and complete paperwork associated with documentation of all service and repairs.
• Must be able to demonstrate maximum customer satisfaction through quality workmanship in a timely manner.
• Must be able to present and promote a professional dealership image.
• 2-3 years mechanical experience(preferred).
