Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age or older.
• Prior supervisory or security leadership experience preferred.
• Valid security license/guard card as required by state law.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Site inspections & officer compliance across client sites in the assigned region.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled tours; verify uniform compliance and licenses.
• Provide real-time coaching and evaluate officer performance.
• Perform post & equipment inspections and document issues for repair or action.
• Provide post coverage during staffing shortages and incidents; de-escalate when needed.
• Administer disciplinary actions per policy and leadership guidance.
• Prepare accurate site visit and incident reports; ensure compliance with standards.
