Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Transfer Driver to transport equipment between centers and repair shops, perform visual inspections, and maintain driver logs. You will support field operations using proprietary tools and contribute to timely service for customers.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to assist in multiple areas under supervision, with opportunities for growth within U-Haul.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to use mobile transfer programs.
• DOT certification if required—can be sponsored by U-Haul.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Fill in receipt and intake paperwork electronically.
• Transport U-Haul equipment between U-Haul centers, dealerships and the repair shop.
• Perform visual inspections of equipment.
• Maintain a driver log.
• Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor.
