Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Road Mechanic to service a diverse fleet, including aerial work platforms and pumps. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in a safety-focused environment at various locations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of diesel equipment experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include health, retirement plans and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment or heavy construction equipment strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on equipment.
• Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment in challenging remote locations.
• Maintain safety standards and contribute to uptime targets.
