Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3-5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment or heavy construction equipment.
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual may be required based on location needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way to avoid downtime.
• Work on a variety of makes, models and equipment in challenging remote locations.
• Support a safety-focused environment and teamwork to keep downtime to a minimum.
