This is unskilled and semi-skilled work in the operation of public works equipment and duties involving the general maintenance of County owned roads, sidewalks, signage, shoulders, culverts and ditches. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Road & Bridge Foremen.

High school graduation or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
Experience in the operation and routine maintenance of public works equipment is preferred.
Final decision of assignment to this job will be based on applicant's ability to demonstrate physical capability to operate and perform the illustrated tasks described herein.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS:
Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License, with no more than 3 points off of Driver’s License from infractions.
(A comparable amount of training, education or experience can be substituted for the minimum qualifications.)
