Job summary

Qualifications
- Manual labor on construction sites with lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
- Follow directions from foreman and perform tasks with limited supervision.
- Assist in setting up forms, grading, and material handling.
- Coordinate with crews to maintain project flow and safety.
- Operate or assist with small power tools and site equipment.
Responsibilities
- Support road repairs, paving, drainage and site cleanup.
- Move materials and assist crews across multiple projects.
- Direct laborers and help maintain grades as directed by foreman.
- Work in outdoor industrial sites and fabrication environments.
- Exhibit safety-first mindset and comply with site protocols.
