Job summary

Tsmg is seeking experienced Test Drivers for a road data collection project. You will operate project vehicles on predefined routes, collecting data on road signs, traffic signals, and infrastructure with specialized equipment.

This field-based role requires a valid license, 5+ years of driving, a clean MVR and background check, and the ability to work independently in varying weather conditions. Prior ADAS or mapping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 5+ years of driving experience.
• Clean MVR and background check.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and predefined routes.
• Comfortable working with technical equipment and basic digital tools.
• Strong communication to report issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes according to the daily schedule and project instructions.
• Collect data on road signs, traffic lights, road markings and other infrastructure.
• Operate and monitor data collection equipment during each shift.
• Send collected SSDs to the Operations Lead after each shift.
• Report equipment issues, route deviations or data problems promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety and operational guidelines.
