Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 5 years of road construction/maintenance experience, including 2 years supervisory.
• Valid NM CDL Class A with Tanker Endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Supervises heavy equipment and trucking crews; schedules, prioritizes and assigns tasks and projects.
• Participates in personnel selection, promotion, and performance evaluations.
• Provides training on equipment operation and ensures maintenance programs.
• Coordinates administrative activities including scheduling, payroll reporting, and report processing.
• Inspects roads and right of way for future work and ensures safety compliance.
