Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Equipment Operators and CDL drivers for nationwide travel, specializing in rumble strip installations to enhance highway safety across the United States. This full-time role involves operating CDL equipment on local, state, and interstate highways, with responsibilities including vehicle inspections, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

1. Operate CDL equipment nationwide on highways.
2. Perform pre/post vehicle and equipment inspections.
3. Communicate effectively with team members.
4. Work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Interact with inspectors, engineers, and DOT personnel as needed.
6. Prioritize safety and wear PPE.
7. Assist with equipment maintenance and housekeeping.

Qualifications

1. Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
2. Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
3. Knowledge of safety practices related to heavy equipment.
4. Ability to read tape measures and use hand/power tools.
5. Ability to lift 60+ pounds and work long shifts.
6. Willingness to travel extensively and work in various weather conditions.
