Road Construction Laborer with CDL Class A or B

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Equipment Operators and CDL drivers for nationwide travel to install rumble strips and improve highway safety across the United States. This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

1. Operate CDL equipment on local, state, and interstate highways nationwide.
2. Perform vehicle and equipment inspections.
3. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
4. Work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Interact with inspectors, engineers, and DOT personnel as needed.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
7. Assist with equipment maintenance and upkeep.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices for heavy equipment.
• Ability to read measurements and use hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift 60+ pounds and work long shifts.
• Willingness to travel extensively with overnight stays.
