Work location between Linden and Jefferson, TX (Hwy 59). You will assist with site prep, concrete work, operate small machinery, and help with traffic control. Must work outdoors, follow safety procedures, and adapt to changing job site needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties on road construction projects.
• Grade and level earth using hand tools such as picks and shovels.
• Assist with mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete.
• Spray water, curing compounds, and other construction materials as needed.
• Operate small equipment and tools, including water pumps, portable generators, portable sprayers, and power tools.
• Assist with traffic control and work zone barricade placement.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment; perform tasks with minimal supervision.
