IOC Company, L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated General Laborer for our heavy road construction projects. The role includes site preparation, debris removal, and strict safety compliance to ensure smooth operations on site.

You will assist with loading and transporting materials, operate basic tools under supervision, and support skilled workers while maintaining a clean, safe site in varying outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in varying weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment; follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the worksite.
• Operate basic construction equipment such as jackhammers, drills, and compactors under supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance on construction equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Provide support to skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, and machine operators as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the construction site by removing waste materials and ensuring proper disposal.
