Silver Star Construction Co. is seeking a Road Construction Equipment Operator in Moore, OK for a full‑time role.

Responsibilities include safely operating graders, excavators, loaders, dozers and more, loading/unloading equipment, inspecting gear, monitoring performance, and performing routine maintenance. Applicants must pass background, drug test, and physical exams, with availability for overtime and night work.

Location: Moore, OK Schedule: Full-Time

Join Silver Star Construction and help build Oklahoma's infrastructure. We are currently looking for skilled operators with experience running heavy machinery used in road construction and site preparation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy construction equipment including graders, excavators, loaders, dozers, scrapers, mixers, and water trucks
• Complete equipment loading and unloading activities
• Inspect machinery before and after operation
• Monitor equipment performance and document findings
• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance
• Ensure equipment remains in safe operating condition
• Follow all project and company safety requirements
