Pepper Source is seeking a Forklift Driver/Backup Lead for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) in Alabama. The role operates a propane-powered forklift and may direct coworkers to move pallets and totes to support production flow.
The ideal candidate will follow safety procedures, perform forklift checks, and report issues to the Department Supervisor, with overtime as needed and a focus on food safety and efficiency.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Hourly
2nd Shift
Hours: 3:00PM to 11:30PM
Overtime is required based on production needs.
Pay: $19/Hour
Summary Operates or directs other workers to operate a powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift, boom, lift beam and elevating platform, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials by performing the following duties.
