Job summary
Mosaic Water Systems is seeking an Industrial Reverse Osmosis Field Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize RO systems at customer sites. Qualifications
- Experience servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, or operating industrial reverse osmosis or water treatment systems.
- Familiarity with membrane filtration technology and related equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, start up, and performance-test RO systems and related equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance, emergency service calls, repairs, and inspections at customer facilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, instrumentation, and process issues affecting RO performance.
- Conduct membrane cleaning, CIP, replacements, and sanitization as required.
- Inspect high-pressure pumps, filters, vessels, valves, piping, meters, sensors, and related components.
- Verify operation against design specs and establish operating parameters.
