St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute (SLBMI) is seeking Licensed Psychologists with expertise and a passion for Radically Open (RO) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) (RO-DBT). We are committed to growth and are always looking to hire exceptional talent to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Note: Local Candidates in MO preferred, but not required. We are open to eligible candidates outside of the St. Louis region interested in telehealth services. Candidates must be licensed in Missouri or eligible via PSYPACT.

Our clinicians enjoy the independence of being providers with administrative and operational support. Our multidisciplinary team of 70+ colleagues offers clinical expertise for case consultation, continuing education, and program development. SLBMI values collaboration and compassionate care.

Shift

Monday-Friday, dayshift. Onsite & Remote work available.

About the Radically-Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program
  • Candidates should have RO-DBT training or be in the process of training through the Blended Learning program. Those actively pursuing training are eligible if they have a pending start date.
  • Providers offer RO-DBT adherent individual sessions, with opportunities to co-facilitate adult and adolescent RO skill classes.
  • You will manage a caseload of individual patients, with flexibility to include interests outside of RO-DBT.
  • Weekly consultation team meetings support collaboration.

Onboarding & Training

Full-time salary guarantee for approximately four months. For additional training, consider our Specialist-in-Training model, a six-month transitional program with supervision, education, and increased skill development.

Qualifications
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health, licensed in Missouri or PSYPACT state.
  • Credentialed-eligible for managed care panels in Missouri.
  • Some RO-DBT training or in the process of training.
