Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks an RNG Production Manager to lead operational, technical, financial, and admin support for RNG facilities and projects. You will coordinate with planning, sales, construction, engineering, operators, and vendors to resolve issues and push strategic goals.

The role emphasizes safe, efficient production, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization, with a focus on growing RNG assets and improving processes across units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) or related energy.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead RNG facilities management including project development, budgeting, market analysis, and production performance.
• Oversee operations, maintenance, reliability, and safety to maximize uptime and yields.
• Serve as EPA RFS, RIN, LCFS compliance lead and manage related records.
• Manage relationships with verification, QA, contracting, and service providers.
