Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years experience in Ericsson RAN & OSS system technical support.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of 2G BSS systems, RET control experience, and XML scripting.

Responsibilities

• Manage RNC & Node B's implementation, commissioning, and integration.
• Provide training on RNC O&M to local engineers.
• Troubleshoot network elements and interfaces.
