Baptist Health Floyd, on the 2D Neuro Unit (NIU) in New Albany, IN, is seeking a Registered Nurse WOW+1 for full-time night shift (7pm-7am). The Neuro Intermediate Unit features 41 beds with high nurse-to-patient ratios and a focus on neuroscience and PCU step-down care.

The role includes weekend WOW shifts and one weeknight with self-scheduling and a sign-on bonus for experienced applicants. New grads are welcome, and the unit emphasizes mentorship, teamwork, and professional growth within a

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
• BLS for healthcare provider required.
• ACLS for Healthcare provider required (obtained within 6 months of hire).
• NIHSS certification required (obtained within 10 weeks of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Function as an on-shift team member delivering direct patient care to meet patient and family needs.
