AdventHealth Wesley Chapel is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence Care (WOCN). You will assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive care for patients with wounds, ostomies, and continence needs in an acute hospital setting.

Join a mission-driven team that emphasizes compassionate care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing education. A BSN is preferred; 1+ acute hospital experience required.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in Florida or eligible.
• 1+ acute hospital experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess wounds, ostomies, and continence needs to develop care plans.
• Develop and document individualized care plans with interventions.
• Administer treatments and medications safely; monitor responses.
• Provide direct patient care for wound and ostomy management.
• Educate patients and families on wound care and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with physicians and nurses to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on outcomes.
• Provide on-call care during weekends/holidays.
