Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced healthcare professional in Maryland to provide advanced wound care and ostomy/continence management in a hospital setting. You will perform Braden assessments, wound VAC therapy initiation, catheter and tube site care, and patient education for self-care and infection prevention.

Required: hospital experience (minimum 2 years) and BLS; ACLS and WOCN certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Hospital work experience (minimum 2 years) required.
• Certifications: BLS and WCC required; ACLS and WOCN preferred.
• Expertise in colostomy care, continence, and wound care.
• Fluent patient and family teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced wound care including VAC therapy initiation and maintenance.
• Manage colostomy and continence care.
• Perform Braden scale assessments and pressure ulcer prevention.
• Educate patients and families on self-care and infection control.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
