Job summary

Genesis Oceanside is hiring a Team Lead-Skin Health (RN) for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. You will lead and integrate a Skin Health and Wound management program in collaboration with nursing center management, and serve as the clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinent products.

The role requires an RN license, national wound certification (or commitment to obtain within 1 year), and strong knowledge of charting, regulations, and interprofessional collaboration.

Qualifications

• RN license required and current in-state licensure.
• National wound certification or commitment to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Experience in wound management and charting compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate a Skin Health and Wound management program with nursing center management.
• Serve as clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinent products; support central supply.
• Oversee durable medical equipment related to wound prevention and management.
