Position Details

Type: Full-time

Pay: $42 to $49 per hour

Shift differentials available for evenings, nights, and weekends

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and treat skin problems as ordered by the physician
• Administer and record treatment medications
• Chart patient progress, ailments, medications, symptoms, and observations
• Provide patient progress and care updates to the supervising RN
• Report departmental updates and support corrective actions
• Identify, manage, and treat wounds and skin lesions
• Communicate effectively with attending physicians
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Coordinate hospital transfers when necessary
• Conduct compliance rounds and report issues
• Follow up on consultant recommendations
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Exhibit servant leadership and promote the organization’s image
• Participate in committees and collaborative efforts
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure success

Minimum Qualifications

Nursing Degree from an accredited program or graduate of an approved RN program

Active RN license in Georgia

Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee unlicensed nursing personnel

Additional Skills

• Ability to interpret safety and operational documents
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Physical ability to perform job duties, with accommodations as needed

Licenses and Certifications

RN license required
