PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington in Ohio is hiring a Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) to lead our wound care center operations. You will organize, supervise and evaluate clinical activities, driving patient care quality and satisfaction in collaboration with the care team.

Requires RN license and ACLS; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in wound care and HBO is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current RN license in the state of employment.
• ACLS certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• Wound care certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, including organization, leadership, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care.
• Share accountability for healing outcomes and patient satisfaction in the Center.
• Lead and supervise clinical staff to ensure high quality wound care practices.
