Job summary

Travel Package:

Travel Rate (based on 40 hours): Hrly $32.94 Stipend (Lodging $1,337.00 + M&I $602.00 = $1,939.00

Total Comp : $3,256.60

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

• 10hrs 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM

• 40 hours/ week

Nursing Specialty: Wound Care RN

Wound Care RN Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.

• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience.

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.

• Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)

• Active BLS Certificate

• CWOCN or CWCN certification required

• Additional certifications may be required

• Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
