Job summary

Washington Regional Medical System in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care under supervision of Nursing leadership. The RN will perform assessments, implement and document care, and collaborate with the health care team to meet quality and safety goals.

The ideal candidate holds an Arkansas RN license and CPR certification, with ACLS/PALS due within 90 days and TNCC within 1 year.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license.
• Arkansas RN license & CPR required; ACLS and PALS within 90 days.
• TNCC required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive and accurate patient assessments.
• Provide nursing care according to the plan and demonstrate clinical skills safely.
• Identify changes in patient condition and report to providers.
• Monitor patient care and maintain complete medical records.
• Delegate and supervise student nurses, nursing assistants, and LPNs as needed.
• Support orientation and clinical supervision of nursing students.
