• Valid RN License required.
• Minimum two (2) years nursing experience in Labor & Delivery (LD) or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Summary of Job Duties: This is a night shift float pool position. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides flexible, high-quality patient care supporting various units within the Women and Infant Health Service Line, including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Mother/Baby, NICU, and Gynecology.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associates, Diploma, Bachelors, or Masters)
• Valid RN License
• Minimum two (2) years nursing experience in LD or NICU
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong work ethic and accountability

Preferred Qualifications: Current BLS certification

Employees must be fitted for and capable of performing routine tasks in PPE, including N95 masks, PAPR, or CAPR.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care according to standards, supporting and mentoring team members
• Assess, document, and develop a Plan of Care
• Implement the Plan of Care and evaluate patient progress
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning
• Administer medications and support interdisciplinary care
• Delegate care appropriately and contribute to a positive work environment
• Other duties as assigned
