PruittHealth - Neuse is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct patient care at our Neuse location in New Bern, NC. This full-time role features multiple shifts, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and a collaborative team focused on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active, current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, or post-acute care is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, medications, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident condition and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Accurately document assessments, care provided, and resident outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes health, dignity, and quality of life.
