Formación

• Active, current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• New graduates encouraged to apply; prior SNF/long-term care experience is a plus but not required.

• Monitor resident condition and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.
• Accurately document assessments, care provided, and resident outcomes.
